I was looking for decent AA batteries and stumbled upon these. Amazon has the https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...vpc_slickd 16 Pack of EBL AA Rechargeable 2800 mAH Batteries[/url] with case for $17.99 after coupon. These are rated 4 stars over 2600+ reviews. Fakespot gives the review an A rating. [fakespot.com]
  • High performance, up to 1,200 rechargeable cycles.
  • Precharged 15%~20% of capacity by solar energy. Could be used when you get it.
  • Excellent charge/discharge performance, the batteries will keep a high quality after 3-5 times charge & discharge when used in the first time or long time no used.
  • Longer life in the high drain devices than normal Alkaline batteries.
  • Great for high power demand devices such as digital camera, children' toys and so on.

I don't understand why it says "Precharged 15%~20% of capacity by solar energy"? Does it make a difference if it is precharged with solar energy? I assume that's just a gimmick?

Ni-MH, not Lithium. Better than alkaline, but far inferior to Lithium. That alone makes it a pass.
Are there standard Re-chargeable AA and AAA Lithium ion batteries? Please share a link, ty!

Far inferior, no. Inferior, yes. These work well in low current devices like remotes.

Yup, that's fake rating as it cannot beat physical limitation.
