Flavor is chocolate.
It's even cheaper in stores. I bought one for $29.99. Bought one to have a taste and it tasted pretty good. Going back for another today. Deal lasts 6/28-7/29.

First, remember we're talking about whey isolate (not cheaper whey concentrate).

Myprotein isolate regularly sells in the $6 per pound range, occasionally lower.
Even at the hotter $29.99 BM price, this O.N. isolate is still $7.50 per pound.

Nothing wrong with it, but you gotta be an O.N. FanBoy to call this a true "Slick Deal" .

I ordered a Vanilla online for $32.99 & had a chat with CS to price match it with store price, $29.99 since there's no Vanilla in store.

Myprotein isn't the standard of quality isolate. It's just the standard of cheap, based off this site.

No such thing as ON Gold Standard isolate you're thinking Gold standard whey which is a blend of protein. Unless you have digestion/lactose issues a blend will do you just fine and is more cost effective.

This is the ON gold standard isolate [gnc.com] (it says on the label)

The Costco one is 100% isolate. The one you linked to is a blend.

Thanks, ManoloD. How can I tell if it's blend or 100%? I can't see anything that it says blend on the ON gold standard.

Thanks.

1st hint in the GNC one is it says whey protein isolate is the primary source in the label. You really have to read the ingredients in both though to see the difference. The one from GNC says blend, with isolate listed First so it has more isolate than concentrate which is listed second.

The Costco one on the label says 100% of the protein is from isolate and the ingredients label lists only whey protein isolates.

It comes down to reading the ingredients.

One last thing: the one you linked to from GNC is the regular ON Gold Standard most people love. It has always been isolate first followed by concentrate. It's 100% whey, meaning no egg, casein, etc.

The product quality testing site called Labdoor.com seems to feel differently than you do:

you know it's a well known fact that Labdoor collabs with myprotein right? You may as well Google that too..

damn.. these sheeps, people..

theres a reason myprotein is Cheap and ON Gold Standard is highly sought out. I've had both on numerous occasions and can tell Myprotein is just an overall way less effective & cheap product.
