Get the 2018 version instead, NU8000, slightly more expensive, but brand new panel, and comes with variable sync technology

I like the low reflection and solid performance for cable TV the MU9000 has according to tvratings, but I'm concerned about built quality/durability and the bombardment with ads. I'm watching mostly live sports in a bright living room. Any recommendations around this price point that would be superior given my needs? Thanks.

Just got my 4k projector.
Now it's time to list my unused ks8000, and get ripped off on Craigslist. Hopefully someone will respond to the add in 6 months.
How much do you want for the KS8000? Where are you located?

I watch all kinds of stuff on mine in a room with a big window. I've had no issues.

about 70 miles south east of LA.
Not certain yet on the price. Some guy 8 miles from me, on Craiglist is selling theirs for $1300. Probably with a lot of hours put on it.
Minr has around 100 hours or less on it, and still has until Nov something, until my Amex extended warranty runs out.... That's assuming that the manufactures warranty is ony one year. If it's 18 months or two years even better.
What do you think I should ask for my highest listing price? There's still the plastic on the back, and is in perfect shape.
The only thing I hate is that it has better picture quality than my past 4k tvs, also the projector.
