Hello seniors I have aging parent who is not eligible for medicare or Medicaid so I am looking to buy them health Insurance but I am clueless as I get mine from my employer. Could you help suggest and point me in right direction. Thanks in advance.
If you google (your state) insurance exchange, you should be able to see a variety of options.
Though, the one I looked at has this note:

OPEN ENROLLMENT HAS ENDED FOR 2018, BUT YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A SPECIAL ENROLLMENT PERIOD!
Special Enrollment Period

If you missed the open enrollment period, you may be able to enroll during the special enrollment period. To be eligible, you must have had a qualifying "life event" within the past 60 days. When you sign up for or change your insurance plan during the special enrollment period, your coverage may not start right away. The date your coverage starts is based on your life event and the date you apply.
But hopefully it can be a good starting point for you to see what options are out there. Smilie
