Anyone else having problems with the picture captcha? I click on correct pictures and they just disappear and reappear and won't let me verify. I've tried IE, Edge and Chrome browsers and even my iPhone and it's now happening on all of them. I can't do surveys, I can't access some of my accounts. This is getting quite frustrating. Is it just me? Any suggestions for correcting this problem.

It happens to be often. Sometimes when I clear temporary files and wait a few hours, it might work. I had some problems today with the pcture captcha, but finally did get in.

Thanks. It's terrible when you have to do a follow up survey for a PT and you can't get into survey because of the captcha. I've tried clearing temp files/cookies, sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't. I used to think those letter/numbers all swirled were bad that they used to use but I never had this sort of problem with them.

I saw someone post online that holding down on the captcha button longer and going much slower helps. It's suppose to identify you as a person instead of a bot. It's annoying but I've had a little better luck doing that.
