Was just looking at the eaved canopy at Costco.

https://www.costco.com/Coleman-13...94980.html

I'm trying to figure out if these are the same, or how they are different.

The one at costco gets great reviews.

I bought this one last year and love it. Great quality and features. It needs two people to set up easily and is heavy, but hands above other canopies I've used. Id recommend.

the bit at the peak is different. Not sure if it might just be opened in the photo form Target and closed in the Costco one but I think it's an different top bit all together. That said height and weight are the same and they look very similar

**edit** Target has copy in their description about two-way roof vents

These canopies with eaves definitely offer a lot more shade area, but I don't consider them "Instant or Easy-Up".

I am fairly certain they are the exact same canopy with just a different colored cover on top. I bought this one from Walmart last week but haven't set it up yet. The Costco one is amazing as my nephew has that takes it to the beach.

Bought this from Walmart last week. Used this passed weekend for a softball tourney and loved it! So much shade!

that is incorrect, they are not the same. the costco one is a one piece canopy with eaves built into the canopy.

the coleman version has a 2 piece top, one piece is the canopy and the eaves sit above it so that there is ventilation 360 degrees at the eaves. i own the coleman (Love it) and since the eaves have a completely separate frame structure (see attached picture), the framing on the units would be different also.

fyi - i paid this same price from amazon warehouse deals about 2 years ago. this canopy is rather heavy (About 50 pounds)

How is the ease of use when compared to an EZUP (only other canopy I'm familiar with and what I think/thought I want?)

Same thing as an ezup but it's gigantic and requires 2 or more people to put up and take down. Or one stubborn drunk.
