NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM Legacy Xbox One Digital

I was looking to see if Naruto Legacy happened to be on sale anywhere, because I didn't want to spend $80, for a copy, at Gamestop. I looked it up in the Xbox Game Store, and it's half off. You get all the Naruto Shippuden Ninja Storm games 1 - 4. Most, IF NOT, all DLC is included. I know there were a few characters, they didn't include in the DLC. I'm not too sure if it's a Gold Account Only sale, it didn't state that anywhere.

EDIT: It includes ALL DLC, just NOT the Goku costume.

He will like it. Kids at this age will like any sort of fighting games and any of the Naruto, Dragon Ball, Super smash bros will be their favourite games for a few years until they move onto other games.
My son started playing these games around the same age (around 6 or 7 years age). His favorite games were Dragon ball z series and Naruto series. For almost 3 to 4 years (7 - 11) he mostly played these two series in addition to super smash bros and Mario games.

I'm coming from a non-Naruto fan and looking for fighting games. I ended up passing on this game because these games warrant not more than $30 imo. But mainly because it's fun only if ur a Naruto fan. Gameplay looks like they have been better in more recent versions. These show the experimental nature of the developers on the game but not polished. So buy if ur a nAruto fan. If not, u may want to pass.

I'm not really a Naruto fan, and I loved this game, when I played Ninja Storm 3 on the 360. So I ended up buying this entire series on Xbox One, since its basically like watching and playing the anime story, at the same time. The game is fun, regardless, if you are a fan or not.

Would u say gameplay is fun like street fighter MK wwe tekken killer instinct ? Or similar? And is this game toddler friendly in terms of visuals?

I would say those games are fun, in their own way. The fighting games you named, are more complicated, because they are based on combos and such. I don't play WWE, so I have no clue how complex that is. The story mode on this game has a little more depth in it, then just fight, fight, fight. Like I said, in my last comment, you are basically narrating the story yourself.

There is JUST a fighting mode, as well, so perhaps maybe you were confused about it just being a fighter like KI or MK. But if you are just playing Naruto as strictly a fighting game, yes, it is fun, as well.

As far as the visuals go, it is toddler friendly, to an extent. Depends if you are the type of parent who doesnt allow certain visuals to your child. Like good and evil, the 1 millions karate chop slaps they do, the summoning of nine tails, etc. You might get a lot of "what's/who's that?", phrases.

Ok I c. Thought it was a fighting game. It's an action adventure game then? Run around and maps? Like mario? Sorry u can tell I have no idea what this game is about. But debating a purchase.

My idea of violence is Mortal Kombat with face slicing not ok. Street fighter tekken are fine.

Yes, there's a bit of running around to do. Missions and such, to help you get stronger with your techniques and chakra, etc. It's pretty simple stuff. I would suggest watching a few videos on the gameplay itself, just to have an idea, of what kind of game it is, as far as story mode goes.

I just started Ninja Storm 1, so I don't know every little thing about it, just yet. But I have already played Ninja Storm 3 on the 360, some time ago, and it's pretty much the same thing to do, more or less. With 4 games, at $35, I think it's a great deal.

Seeing as Ninja Storm 4 goes for roughly $20 brand new and that's with no DLC. You'll never see Ninja Storm 1 for the Xbox, physically, because they never made it for that system. It was for PlayStation only, at the time. This is the only way to get it. Other than buying it digital by itself, for $20. But why do that? See how good of a deal, this is, again. Lol

If Tekken and Street Fighter are ok, then yes, the game will be fine for your child to watch. If you choose. Hopefully I answered your questions. I tried my best.
