Great deal over on Woot. This is cheaper than current 256GB models of the same type. It is open box, but not a refurbished model. Cheapest price I could find.

Probably because it's a $900 laptop that's 2 years old from some sketch site. Best Buy has open box MBPs from this year for $100-$200 more. Not to mention this year has the keyboard issue and Apple was refusing to fix it

1)Apple is replacing all keyboards for free for 4 years from the date of purchase.

2)Woot is an Amazon owned site, it's anything but sketch.

If you read the description, it says,

"These Macbook are NEW in condition, but come with a Woot warranty. This is why we can offer a discount. These were originally intended as warranty replacements, and held by Apple to support their customers. Now we offer them to you!"

So not even "open box" in the truest sense. I think it is an okay deal.
