Yes. As long as you have auxiliary in your car.

Meh, it has a battery. It just means that you probably have to physically turn it on every time you turn on your car and when you turn your car off, the bluetooth will stay on - connected to your phone.

Slickpg probably meant how you, poor soul, can survive without aux input.
But my (well, my son's) car has cassette player...

My 05 Civic is in the same situation. What you need is something like this:

https://www.amazon.com/Nulaxy-Bluetooth-Transmitter-Handsfree-Voltmeter/dp/B018E0I01I/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1530808936&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&dpPl=1&dpID=41sEk6BLolL&ref=plSrch

Links with your phone via Bluetooth and broadcasts a mini radio signal via FM radio. Just set your car radio to an unused fm radio channel and you can play music from your phone. Works pretty well for those of us with older cars.

They make decent Bluetooth FM transmitters that plug into your cigarette lighter/12v plug

I have a couple of these for older cars. They'll auto power off after being out of range from your phone for a set amount of time. Battery life is pretty good too. It stays in my car pretty much all the time and is still kicking. It's annoying to have to turn it on to use it but faaar less annoying and cheaper than installing a new deck.
