Very slick. Here's a bit of info from my recent (first) Primera flight from Newark to Paris:

Overall, I would fly Primera again due to juiciness of price. But it's worth noting this is the most budget of airlines I have ever flown (more "budget" than Spirit, Ryanair, Wow, etc.). Two quick examples include (1) standard seats do not recline and (2) during our check in process, the attendant weighed/checked our checked luggage and THEN weighed our personal item. The latter is important because it didn't allow for shifting stuff around if weight was an issue.

Both surprised me and the second one actually really rubbed me the wrong way, even though it wasn't an issue for us.

Here are the TripAdvisor reviews about this airline. A large number of "terrible" ratings.

https://www.tripadvisor.com/Airli...rimera-Air

A HUGE problem with these cheapo airlines is that they have few planes and no agreements with other airlines to get you home if they have to cancel flights to fix a plane. You're then stuck far from home for a day or four while they attempt to slot you into any empty seats they have on the next several days' flights.

If you have to be back home for work that can be a major problem.

Caveat emptor.

Paris is a dump imo. Wouldn't stay longer than 2 nights there.
