Gibson Guitar Blow Out Sam Ash Music..Mostly LH Stock Left

Always see people wanting LH deals, so thought I would share this after a buddy sent me a link. I know these went on sale late last year but it seems they have stock left. I am aware quality of these is not what it used to be...but still seems like nice deals to be had.

Waiting for the UPS guy with my new Gretsch as I type, and I am a major sufferer of gear acquisition syndrome (GAS)....so it's a good thing I AM a righty or I would be in more trouble with thisSmilie

Worth considering! However, I just found a mint Epiphone Les Paul plus top pro for a song. The market for electric guitars have dropped because of the move to rap and electronica, good deals are out there.

Rap and what? So you think. Can't say I agree. I've been getting good deal all along. As always, ones need to shop.

The one time in all of recorded history it pays to be a lefty. Lefties just aren't natural. If there was a law it would be against it.

One of the greatest lefty guitarists is Jimi Hendrix and whenever he played a Strat, it was always a right hand one. When a lefty strat was available, Eric Clapton bought him one, but he died before EC can give it to him. Nevertheless, the moral point is ... Just because you're a lefty, dont let it slow you down.

All depends who you want to listen to. Sure they have past a peak, but Chicken Little doesn't understand what that really means.
I trust sources close to the real action for the truth. There is a lot more music going on than the front line pop scene. Always has been, always will be.

These are great times for buying a guitar. But not because the use is dying.

George and Paul standing together at a microphone with a Hofner bass pointing one way and a Gretsch the other. Classic.

You're right. It all depends on who you are listening to you. The Rolling Stone article interviews music store execs and business owners. That's a hot piece of biased journalism there.

I'm not saying the sky is falling, but I am saying that statistics show that the guitar market is definitely not what it once was.

Back to this deal, I think we're going to see either two things happen: more clearance deals such as this or a cheapening of the product.
While it's true that data shows more females involved in guitar playing, that still doesn't account for the glaring issues going on. Fender has been the most prolific in responding to the downward trend in the last 10 years. The way they have met the challenge is to offer more value oriented products.

Bit the bullet and picked up a SG future tribute ebony. Hopefully I won't regret it. Let you know in about 4 days.
