I am neither a dietician nor a nutritionist, but a simple Google search reveals the following: for a 2,000-calorie diet, 5% would be 25 grams. Limit daily sugar to 6 tsps (25 g) for women, 9 tsps (38 g) for men. Yet, the average American consumes 19.5 teaspoons (82 grams) every day. That translates into about 66 pounds of added sugar consumed each year, per person. What does 19g of sugar in one bar translates into your limit daily sugar? Half, that is right. There is a reason why the U.S. is the most obese nation in the world, just ahead of Mexico Peace

19g of sugar in one bar. I would stay away.

Great price but beware these are overly sweet and sugar filled and I rarely feel that way about sugary foods. I bought them to have a couple bites post workout and give the rest to our son. For reference they taste about twice as sweet as a nutra grain bar and for kids they are super crumbly which makes a mess. Still have most of the box left after a couple of months.

It's a promotional balance/gift card. It should show up as "Apply your gift card balance".
