Omgaaah hope they do 1299 for the 3070 again. I ordered it for 1199 from A4L but would prefer new

EDIT:
I spoke to soon!

If you use code INSPIRE18 the 3070 becomes 1299

I've had the 1070 for about a year - couldn't pass up the $699 Fry's price.

Very happy with it - it has more features and I can justifiably use.

3070 needs to drop another $100 before I take the plunge.

Probably not better than this though? Considering Amazon will be taxed.

You can get a refurb from accessories 4 less for 1199 if you don't mind the refurb that is. They seem to have a strong reputation and the units are Yamaha factory refurbished. Has 18 month warranty tho vs 3 year for new.

If you care more about sound quality...get the yamaha. Else, get the Denon.
