Was able to use the sign up 25% off code to get it down to 149.99.
It wouldn't work on Mozilla but it did work on my phone's web browser

Decent deal, but NO heart-rate unfortunately kills it for me.

Thanks for sharing though.

There are some rumors Google will be releasing their watch in about 3 months with the newer processor.
Samsung is planning a wearOS one, so we are a short wait from both much newer hardware and software, so at this point it's wiser to wait.

Correct, what the use of smart watch without heart rate.
It's meant to be a smart watch. If you want a HR sensor get a fitness tracker.

No point...because you're most likely dead.

True to an extent. But not a single one of those watches will be in this price range and possibly not even at twice this price. Qualcomm had quit the wearables processor manufacturing for the very reason that they couldn't get decent pricing on their chips cause non-Apple wearables were just not commanding premium prices. They are back cause manufacturers are committed to raising prices to get the latest technology wearable chips. Anyway, forget getting the newer watches anywhere close. My guesstimate is $499 for the pixel watch.

I agree about the price range. They will probably release more than one watch, ranging from $400 to $600.

And I'm super stoked about this, a better looking, more capable and more expensive watch than Apple's? It will have HR, GPS, NFC, AFC and AAF!! All the wannabes will be flocking to it and this will be good for the whole segment.

In the mean time, it means more deals similar to the Wear24 will be around. The 3rd Gen Fossils look good, but the refurb part got me worried when the only review was that of someone complaining about the watch re-starting. Maybe Fossil is just reselling their returns without really fixing them. It wouldn't be the first nor the last company doing that...

So I'll wait until some big retailer decides to clear their stock of "not refurb" 3rd Gens, for no more than the price of this baby.
