What's the verdict on these upscaling cables
Actually have an active chipset right?
I remember much skepticism when they came out...and the fact they're being sold for this cheap on eBay doesn't inspire confidence

These are the 1st gen versions. The 2nd and 3rd versions are in the $100+ range and produce a better picture using the lessons they learned on the 1st version. Some have reported the 1st gave good results and some have said there was no improvement. For $8 bucks, I figure it's worth a shot.
I'm SURE as heck not gonna spend $100 and over on any HDMI cable, but for $8 I'll give it a try. That said, I don't have a 4k TV and as I understand it, a cable like this won't do anything for you if you have a 4k tv.
