Lowes reduced the Utilitech LED T8 bulbs again. They are $17.23 for the 16 pack and $4.99 for the 4 pack. This comes out to as low as $1.08/bulb when buying 16 of them. Once the store goes out of stock the price for that store goes to full price.

FYI - These require an electronic T8 ballast. They've been this price for awhile.

Can't recommend utilitech. Moved to a new house last august, there were about 6 burnt out bulbs from previous owners. replaced all with LED utilitech. Over the last year, I have had between 6-8 bulbs go out in the house, with 4 of them being the new LED utilitechs.
