Buyer beware. I bought this same phone from this eBay seller a few months back and had to return them. For some reason I couldn't get them to run T-Mobile LTE... After reading his feedback a lot of other customers had the same issues.. I returned them and bought 2 unlocked ones from Samsung.com

No that is incorrect.

It will not support VOLTe and Wifi Calling.

Plus this is missing one of the bands for T-mobile.

If you are a T-mobile customer who wants Wifi Calling, Volte, and use of Samsung Pay, etc. then do not buy this phone.

I had the same version of S8+ unlocked and those items did not work, the same is the case for S9+.

These are meant for the International markets and those features I mentioned above for US customers will not work.

You rather buy the T-mobile version for US use. Only thing you will be missing is the extra sim slot.

For the US market, you want the SM-G965U version not the SM-G965F international version. Although it does work, it has all kinds of goofy problems when used with ATT or T-Mobile.

If anyone will be using it in the US, why not get Note 8 for $679 at Costco instead?

Why would you even consider buying dual sim with crippled bands?
Not to mention the lack of warranty.
These are not meant for US market for a reason and should be banned from posting.

Don't tell me you'd use it on cheap cell. For that, get a cheap phone not a flagship.

Dual Sim comes in handy for some folks. Just get the model with the right bands. I bought from this seller 2-3 years ago and had no problem.

This is a good deal but be careful if you use it for T-mobile due to missing band and features.

Here's the pro/con from previous international model deals.

https://slickdeals.net/f/11645383-samsung-galaxy-s9-sm-g9600-dual-sim-64gb-smartphone-unlocked-midnight-black-or-gray-599-99-b-h-photo-w-free-shipping

Summary of international model Pros/Cons:

- No USA warranty. If there is any warranty, probably is Grey market Samsung warranty, backed by merchant.
- Some credit cards may not offer extended warranty, check with them first
- US version of Samsung Pay not available
- Some bands of Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile's New 600MHz Band 71 not supported by hardware
- In this case, doesn't work with Verizon and Sprint.
- Some carrier specific features like WiFi calling/ VoLTE not supported as phone is not carrier branded or with carrier specific ROM
- OTA security updates direct from Samsung. (not carrier specific)
- Using Dual SIM prevents use of MicroSD card.
- S9+ Both SIM can't use LTE at the same time. Only one SIM can use LTE at a time (?)

There is an update that enabled Both SIM slots to run on LTE simultaneously:
