A little tip and clarification. This is a good deal BUT This unit is SINGLE-SERVE and will NOT brew Carafe (more than 1 cup) so plan accordingly:

The Ninja Coffee Bar System is available in two models:

1) The Ninja Coffee Bar Single-Serve System (models:CF110, CF111 (THIS MODEL), CF112) : Which brews single cups of coffee (no pods required)

AND

2) Ninja Coffee Bar System which brews single cups as well as a carafe size. This system is available in two types:
Ninja Coffee Bar System Glass, models: CF090A, CF090CO (This model is available as "refurbished" for $89.99 through woot.com), CF091, CF092, CF092W
Ninja Coffee Bar System Thermal, models: CF097, CF097W

-------------------------------------------
I have been considering the following for $59.99 with 4,400 customer reviews:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EI7DPPI

but Ninja looks so much more sophisticated, sexy and modern.

We got this same model around 6 months ago for a similar deal. We really like it. It can make strong coffee - not quite shots, but somewhat close. It can also make a big travel-size mug of coffee. And the milk frother works just fine. If you like strong coffee you end up using around 2 tablespoons of grounds, which may add up if you drink tons of strong coffee. Anyway, based on our use of it, this is a good deal, and I may share it with my family members who ask about our Ninja!

I own this model and got it on a Kohl's deal about a year ago. It's better than the Keurig it replaced. You can make much stronger coffee, filter is easily washable, and you can do XL travel cups with a pretty good volume of coffee/water.

My main complaint is the 'CLEAN' light comes on very frequently, to the point that you will start to ignore it. Thankfully it doesn't prevent you from brewing coffee. Also, the cleaning function is very confusing, and takes multiple full tanks of water/vinegar and a long process to make the cleaning indicator light go away. You'll see this in a bunch of Amazon review also.

It's great for single-serve hot and iced coffees in various sizes. Cheaper and stronger than Keurig since you can use your own grounds/beans. My wife likes it for a fast cup as she runs out the door. I still use an Aeropress because the quality of the coffee is way better.

not sure where the "tip" comes in... obviously this is single-serve, it says "single-server" in the product name.

even your refurb is 150% the cost of this deal, and to get a comparable new unit would be much more costly... i have a CF091 at home and it makes great coffee, but i've had to have it replaced once already for the five beep issue where it stops brewing constantly, none of the "fixes" worked, so back it went. also pretty damn annoying they charge 25$ to get a replacement for a failure within warranty, but being as i got it for free, not a huge deal.

point is...
i have no idea wtf your post is meant to do or be in the context of this deal. no duh the company makes different product lines that cost more money and do different things.
Jeesh... lighten up bro.

I had this and I had an issue with it over-brewing, do you have that issue? Like I try to brew a cup of coffee and it would fill my cups (which are standard 8 oz) to the brim or overflow- no consistency. Their CS said it was normal to brew more than 8 oz.

This is actually a great deal, I have a Keurig which dont get me wrong I love, but i dont have any brewing options as far as strength. In my opinion coffee should be strong, like an ox, but really...can anyone give me insight on the strength of this coffee is it better than the Keurig?

Others have already said it (including in this thread), but yes, it's better. Way better. The coffee tastes like brewed coffee and is hotter and fresher than that which comes from a Keurig. Plus there's less waste, if you're into looking out for the environment. I decided to buy this exact model a year or so ago and stop supporting Keurig. It was a great decision. I make mostly iced coffee, and it does an amazing job. The only negative (and it was also mentioned already) is the cleaning/clean light situation. It's annoying to clean, and my light has been permanently on or blinking since a couple months after I received it. I put some black tape over the light and just ignore it. Ninja reps just say to make sure you clean it every 100 uses or so. And I've been doing that.

At this price, especially with the Kohl's Cash, it's a no brainer and excellent value.

Just saw this Saturday at our local Walmart for $48 on clearance; which may or may not be the case with your local store. It can't hurt to check!

$60 for what's equivalent of boiling ONE cup of water in microwave? No thanks.

This looks like a better option from Ninja https://www.target.com/p/ninja-co...A-51141891 [target.com]
which seems to be a knock-off of the real deal - https://www.amazon.com/Technivorm-Moccamaster-59616-Coffee-Polished/dp/B0055P70MQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8... [amazon.com]
We have Moccamaster at work that brews about 20 cups per day. NO issues at all compared to cheap, plastic garbage from China.
I think it's funny you rag on people for spending $60 on essentially boiling water, and then point out that you spent in the neighborhood of $300 on a very fancy way of achieving the exact same task.

how embarrassing for you
