Does anyone with experience with this model know how accurate the temp is? Also, does it allow you to set have temp in tenth decimal or 0.5 degrees for fahrenheit? If not, are there any consumer grade smart thermostat that does this?

I'm not sure exactly how accurate it is. I've never really measured it against a calibrated thermometer. Mine doesn't display down to the .5°, but I can adjust the dial a bit before it actually lowers the temp a degree.

Can you program it manually on the app to tenth or or or half degrees?

Even if you could set it by the half degree, is there any way home temperatures could ever be kept anything close to it? A windowless 1 sq foot box, sure, but a house (or even single room) no way.
