Just know that the serving for this is 3 tablets. So it's a 30 day supply. Also, it turns your urine fluorescent yellow.

I feel as if you dont know why it changes your urine colors, you shouldnt be taking supplements or vitamins.

*Spoiler Alert* an excess of B2 will cause it.

The 90 tablets equal out to 30 servings. Yes they are that ridiculous.

The 150 count is $20.39 with S&S. Also these are quite potent so you don't need to take 3 a day like the serving size says. Divide the percentages by 3 and the per/pill amount is over or close to 100% daily recommended amount for a lot of the vitamins.

The bright yellow is just the B2.

Aside from the yellow pee and having to take 3 a day to get their suggested serving, is this a good supplement ? I don't know much about these things so if someone more educated can help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks in advanced!

edit: I see this brand is amazon choice but mens 1 a day is the best seller.

100% DV doesn't mean your body absorbs and utilize all of that. these isolated, poorly formulated vitamins are notorious for having piss poor (no pun) bioavailability. for example, 100% of vitamin B12 (especially in the form of cyanocobalamin) will probably have bioavailability of less than 5%. combine that with other antagonistic nutrients (notably minerals), you're looking at utilizing almost none of it.

also, in reference to other posts about having 3 pills per serving like it's a bad thing, there are nutrients (like vitamin C and minerals) that are bulky in size so it is impossible to have a properly formulated all-in-one MV in one pill...

I hear what you're ssaying. Please recommend a supplement with better bioavailability for a decent price. Thanks!

Bring on the glow in the dark piss. You'll have your very own night light.

But seriously its just excess B2. And I would only buy these on sale. They tend to be overpriced for what they have in them.

I'd rather have these then not have them. $8 and change is a slickdeal, especially if you parcel out to 90 days and supplement with specific vitamins. No, you will not gain 30 pounds of muscle and a rock hard member, but you will feel better in the mornings and have better hair, skin, and nails (no homo)

I love these multivitamins. In my personal experience, they give me the most energy out of any brand that I have tried, and I only take one a day. Great for workout s and all day energy. I get noticably lethargic without them.
