I just picked these up from Fry's a few days ago. Ordered them with the $1.99 local delivery option and had them in my hands within 3 hours after placing my order. I have to say I was actually really surprised at the sound quality & comfort at this low of a price point. Overall sound is good, and the bass is strong & on point and doesn't cut out on the super low frequencies. I've found these to be pretty comfortable over-ear headphones too. They don't hurt my head or ears even after using them for hours. Bluetooth has been working great with no drop-outs so far and works fine with watching videos & movies on smartphone & tablet with no audio delay. I haven't tested them yet for phone call use, only music & video. The only negatives I've found with these so far would be that the highs sometimes don't seem quite as crisp and bright as some of my other headphones, but they still sound good. Also, they don't go to ear shattering volumes with smartphone & tablet, but maybe that's a good thing too. Turned all the way up, they're plenty loud enough for me, but I do have other headphones that go louder. All in all, I'd say these are a no brainer if you're looking for a decent, inexpensive pair of wireless/wired headphones with good sound and don't care that they won't blast out your eardrums too much. The flip-to-speaker feature is also kind of cool to have, but although it does amplify them quite a bit, I wouldn't say that the sound quality using them that way is all that phenomenal or powerful, but it's okay and they do go fairly loud for listening by yourself or with friends, but not for a party. They definitely sound better as headphones than speakers imo. I still think they were a great deal for only 25 bucks & I'm totally happy with them! YMMV.

edit 07/14/18: I plugged these into my amplified DJ mixer that has a built in equalizer, using a 1/4" headphone adapter & the supplied 3.5mm audio cable, and with a few minor EQ adjustments, "Whoa!" they sound quite awesome & can blast to a super loud level before they start to distort! Best bang for a few bucks I've found in a while! My ears are still ringing! (I don't recommend doing this, but I used to be a club DJ and have already damaged my hearing with super loud music over many years. I can't hear as loud anymore, so I always have to turn up the volume.)
Today, Saturday is the last day for this deal unless they run it again, so jump on it before it's gone and/or goes back to regular price!
