Litteraly states on the product page: B-Stock Products are units which may have small scratches, small dents, or noticeable use. B-Stock products are Factory Recertified to meet the performance and reliability of a new product of the same model. B-Stock products do not come with any optional accessories

1 year + 1 extra year with amex is not too bad.
Check to see if your CC company offers extended warranties based on computer components. Last time I checked, amex still does. But their policies change every year.
They will soon be offering 2 year extra warranties.

Who's warranty? I dunno about you, but I don't want to rely on warranties. Better to get a GTX 1080 directly from Nvidia for $549. Ti is overkill anyway...
It depends on what you want from your system. It's like saying the Porsche Turbo is fast enough. Then why do they make the Carrera?

Credit card warranties usually do not cover used products. You better read the terms on your
Amex

It's EVGA, they're great with honoring warranties, even when you put on waterblocks, or third party heatsinks. Just not as easy to honor 2nd hand warranties anymore.
1080ti overkill? Ever hear of a 4k TV?
