From what I remember, Asrock was Asus's cheaper brand. They made some great budget mobo's, but who know's about their video cards. Makes sense if ASUS was involved though.

Not sure but I have used ASRock motherboards before and they have been solid.

This is a new product from AsRock, so nobody really knows yet how good it is compared to the competition. I would speculate that it is along the lines of 'budget-oriented.' As for as Radeon products are concerned, usually Sapphire takes the cake with the rest of them following.
