Are these the nailers used for house trim work? I have some trim separating from the drywall and also doorway jambs that are coming apart and I need to repair. Just wondering if this will work or is this basically a battery-powered staple gun?

You'd be better off with a finish nailer. I wouldn't want to see Staples on my trim or jambs

edit: or if this is a one time job, buy grk trim head screws.

No. It staples a honkin t50 staple. Not a finish nailer. Good for installing insulation, tar paper, light upholstery work...

If you only have a few trim pieces to reattach, just get some finishing nails and some nail setters. Way cheaper.
