These have been around $400 new and as low as $279 refurb (Fry's deal)

It's still a decent deal if you don't mind it being a refurb and need a receiver right now

NB This is the exact same as the model: RX-V781

The receiver has Dolby Vision support via firmware update. I'm mulling one of these to replace my trusty RX-V867. It's hard to bite the bullet knowing how close this price is to it's lowest retail price. For $300, it would be a no brainer.

Just got this from Costco a couple of months ago for almost 500. It's my first receiver so have nothing to compare to really. Do wish it had Chromecast built in because the Bluetooth range isn't that good... And Chromecast just works better too. Got it because I wanted something that had 4k upscaling because my TV isn't good at that. Haven't tested it too much but the 4k upscaled picture quality is definitely better than the TV can do. Need to see if I'm still within return period if refurbished for $279 is still available.

Chromecast audio and regular chromecast are only $25 each right now. you should add one to your Yamaha 7810
