Not a slick deal at all. There are usually rebates and normal price is $19.99.

More like its 19.99 after rebate. Usual sale price is around $25-27 without rebates. Very good for people who don't wanna pay the normal $30 up front for a $10 rebate.

I actually purchased this on Amazon for $19.99 instant saving (no rebates) about a month ago. But returned it for H7. If your case can fit this, it's a decent buy still. I just prefer how H7 looks over 212, and they are almost identical, although my H7 ran CPU temperature slightly below 212.

On a side note, 212 actually caused where my vram wasn't running ina dual channel..was too much headache to try and figure out what the issue was (I tried loosening up the screws and balancing each side as much as possible but still caused BSOD when I was trying to run 2x 8gb on dual channel. Switched it out to H7 and haven't had any issues since). 212 is extremely tight to a point where I was afraid of breaking something during the initial install.
