Just an FYI - if you read TOS texting 3 way or more is against TOS. A guy in a past threads Daughters account was turned off for doing this....

They also mention in TOS that unlimited calls isn't really unlimited....As long as you don't abuse it you will be okay... but saying unlimited and having this in TOS is worth noting and probably reading if your going to purchase.

@ redpocket - until you remove these from TOS we will continually point this information out in the WIKI and you will lose sales because of this.

Note that this is only for the AT&T or Sprint sides of Red Pocket. I wish they had this deal for Verizon.

Me too. I could go with the at&t SIM but you can get red pocket to turn on volte for Verizon and users are quoting download speeds in the 80mbps range.

Just want to mention I started the att through red pocket and have gotten endless spam calls. It's only been 2 days. The same happened with a different number on att prepaid right before switching. Idk what att is doing with these numbers, but it's shitty. Had maybe 3 spam calls out of 10 months being on Sprint. So if you live in an area where the quality is pretty equal, I'd try Sprint instead of att. Oh, I did register on the do not call list, but it meant nothing.

I got around 114 mbps with att. If you use Google Hangouts to call, then you don't have to worry about any of that since it's all through data.

Thing is the people calling are calling for an actual person, with name, who is not me. And I don't call whomever you quoted that from, so they're not monitoring or recording anything from me.

I'm not a lawyer but I've slept in a Holiday Inn Express last night. By my reading of the first sentence..

"We are not liable for any lack of privacy, which may be experienced with regard to the Service. "

Which could mean anything...I couldn't find anywhere in the terms regarding selling your data to third parties, but my guess the first sentence covers that. The sentence is so vague, you can interpret it in any way, shape, or form you like.
Since they can't guarantee any type of "privacy", they can in theory sell your data if they like....

probably, but usually the are more opaque than this...

they usually will tell you flat out they share your info to "affiliates" or not to "unauthorized third parties" etc...

need to either sleep in a holiday inn express to understand the legal ramification or fork over $$$ and get a real lawyer's opinion...

Sounds like I'm just getting into other people's privacy, not my own.
