Sat fat does not cause diabetes or heart disease or obesity. SUGAR causes these things. You are operating on the beliefs that are decades old and have been disproved. Fat is good for you and it doesn't make you fat either. Source: I'm a doctor.

Saturated fat as unhealthy is knowledge from the same era that gave us the low-fat craze that ended up pumping us with sugar and carbs, which are a bigger contributor to serum cholesterol levels than fat. Here's your meta-analysis showing saturated fat intake not being correlated with CVD and stroke: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/...MC5475232/

Who the heck has an "RDI" of 20 grams of fat? Someone with cataclysmic gastrointestinal disorders? That's absolutely idiotic.

There's no reason to limit overall fat intake as a constituent of your ad libitum caloric intake. Plenty of specific fat sources are various degrees of bad news, but if you look at a label and think 8g of fat is a problem, you're not getting good information.

Actually scratch that, I meant quest protein bars and not cookies. Quest protein bars, 20g protein, are going for $1 each and $11.99 q box there.

It's 4g net carbs. (You subtract fiber and erythritol.) Heard they're similar to the bars but in a cookie shape. For this price I'm willing to try a box!

If the answer is yes, then these are better than a regular cookie daily, health wize.

I am warier on the 8g of fat and 10 g of fat than carbs. 40% of your RDI and 50% respectively. 9kcal/gram

First of all, fat doesn't make you fat.

BTW I got an additional $6.99 off my order, from a wellness sample box credit from a few months ago
