That's pretty much any phone you buy that's a samsung since they stuck at customer service and warranty issues. Most of these will probably be brand new never activated and show up on samsung with the full 12 month "warranty"

I wouldn't buy either of these phones but I know some people love Amazon and Samsung so that's why I've wasted my time posting this deal.

I've seen everything with AWD stuff, brand new never opened with a tiny scratch on the box, to a demo unit of the phone, to a completely different phone inside the correct box. Amazon and Samsung never surprise me, but 12 months warranty is probably a reality if you get one of the good ones.

My like new S8+ from Amazon Warehouse came with lots of dots on the one side of the LCD otherwise zero scratches on the body or screen and had warranty through Oct 2018.

I sent it to Samsung and got it back after 10 days with a screen that has a small bubble under the screen. Takes too much hassle to replace so im just living with hard. Hard to notice.

I love Samsung products I cant put down my S8+ even though its last year model, and hate their customer service if something goes wrong. Have not had a single Samsung device that was flawless. They all have issues. It's like they dont have QA QC at the end of assembly line and rely on massive phone hold times and reps who pretend they dont comprehend basic English and repeat everything you say in completely different way just to discourage warranty requests.

I consider it better, it's far easier to do an Amazon return than to deal with Samsung's customer service.

I have had the compete opposite experience since galaxy S5. Except for the Note 7 debacle, never had an issue
