You can buy them New York steaks for less per oz. That's just insane.

True, but New York steaks don't come in bite size pieces that don't make a mess and don't require refrigeration and don't spoil for quite some time.

Steak doesn't make a mess, it's all gone from their bowl in seconds, plus chewing on the raw bone is safe and cleans their teeth. I get that this is good for their teeth and less messy than bones. It's just crazy to me that dog treats are more expensive than steaks. Costco milk bones are still OK in price, but those bull pizzle sticks are like $20/lb. I don't buy myself meat for $20/lb, but the dog is gonna get treated to a prime filet? It's just funny how much we love them, maybe more than ourselves.

Definitely love my dog more than myself... FACT lol. Purchase made and I eat chicken at $2 a pound.

I totally get it, but these treats travel and store while steak doesn't really.

They have their own Kirkland brand. 72 chews for 32.99 per site. One size only though (I would equate to the regular size of greenies). Bag weighs 68 oz. so a little less than 2 of these boxes. Not a bad price, but I only have a small dog now and they are too big. Gave my box to my brother in law.
