OEM toner [hp.com] lists for $92 (black) and $121 (yellow, magenta, cyan) for standard capacity cartridges and $156 (black) and $210 (colors) for high capacity cartridges.

Monoprice [monoprice.com] sells high-yield (6,500 page black, 5,000 page colors) for $40 to $45 each.

The printer includes a standard capacity (2,300 page) black cartridge and introductory (1,200 page) color cartridges.

Are the monoprice toners reliable and last till the last page? I see a lot of generic toners on amazon that start to streak after 50-100 pages.

I signed up for reward program, then checked out via the bonus rewards link above. Didn't see the rewards applied after checkout... not sure if there's lag.

How does this compare to this Brother MFC9130CW [bonanza.com]?

Does this still suffer from the 300 dpi scan resolution [hp.com] limit [hp.com] when using the ADF? Seems to be an issue with the M477 series as a whole (and rather ridiculous for a normally $350+ machine in 2018).

Ordered. Great little workhorse in my last startup - at $280, will be a great printer for interns to beat on.

Alright... pulled the trigger on this.

With $112 Office Depot rewards, $25 e-b-a-t-e-s cash back, and 1,500 UR (5 UR/$ with Ink Plus), this seems like a pretty sweet deal.

I've been looking for a good color lazer MFP with ADF.

I guess this means I'm returning the Dell C1760nw I bought this morning for $50 and will be selling my Brother DCPL2540DW monochrome. Would rather have 1 machine than 2.

Printer has been a nightmare, ordered last time deal came around. Been trying to return as it has not been functioning over wireless properly (goes in and out) and hp support is a disaster just a loop of transfers until u get disconnected. Never again...

These are $380 at Costco last time I checked. Very nice and compact. The scan feed is a little small for big stacks of paper and the scanner isn't fast like a dedicated copier.
