I thought this wasn't a bad deal. Must be a Prime member and logged in for the savings.
There is a pci express slot for a video card, provided you upgraded the power supply. Slap in a cheap m2 SSD and you have a pretty decent machine for not a lot of money. It also gave me the option to pay interest free in five installments.

Acer had this model and the i3 version on sale right before Christmas and I installed 10 of these at one office and probably another 10 in various other 1-2 pc offices. I just installed this exact one last week.

It is a great computer for the money. Possibly the best value I have seen in years. However, this particular model did have one thing I didn't like. The power supply only had 2 SATA connectors. The first went to the hard drive and was the normal length. The second one that went to the dvd drive was exactly the length to reach (only about 3 in.). Also there were no 5 pin molex connectors. So if your plan is to add a second hard drive it won't be as simple as plugging it in.

I'm not saying you couldn't find or make an adapter but it's not just plug it in and go. The i3 version didn't have this limitation and it concerns me that Acer changed it from an standard psu to one that slightly limits what you can do.

That may sound like I don't like this PC and that's not the case. If you don't plan on adding any internal hardware it's an awesome computer. Like I mentioned at the start, for an office or work-at-home situation it is an excellent computer.

This has a 300w power supply which means a 1050ti goes in without upgrading

I know new cards are coming out it August, but not much info about the 1150... Should be able to find a really good deal on 10 series cards.

Its got 7th gen i5, nice DDR4 RAM, the HD spins at 7200rpm, the tower has 802.11ac wifi- all in all for under $400 this is a solid SD! Considering it for a fam member.

I bought one for my parents, this is a pretty good deal, I can build a computer myself but this is a decent build at this price, it's powerful enough for most people and still under $400.

The ram and cpu is powerful enough but you might need to install a graphics card and swap out a better power supply.

Unfortunately not, you need a pretty decent dedicated video card for any decent resolution for fortnite on PC... I had an old HD5850 which was no good for the game (due to DX version support).

With that said this is a great setup to add a video card to if the power supply and mobo will support it.

Agreed but a gtx 1030 or a 750 ti would be plenty fot fortnight. The other specs are way overboard though. You can find a 1rst gen i5/i7 pc end of lease on ebay right now that would be plenty for fortnight for 80 bucks(50 of you find it locally). Some with a gpu already installed. Not gonna run at max settings, but who cares, fortnite looks like a cartoon anyways. Add a decent gpu and you could hit max settings pretty quick.(may have to get a xeon x3470 cpu for 30 bucks).

Thanks OP! Was looking for a simple desktop setup and this fits the bill. Since it's a Prime Day deal, I figured I'd be missing out since I don't have Prime at the moment but I got the same price. Applied the 20% Amex code and it came out to be 320+ with free standard shipping.

Did y'all read the reviews or just going off of the specs/price? Seriously. Read the reviews.
