Update: ordered on 7/9, UPS tracking ID sent 7/18, and shows picked up 7/19 with estimated delivery 7/25. Fingers crossed...

No one can tell you because they haven't shipped from the last time they were this price. Read the comments in the prior post, but if you need a laptop soon, this isn't the deal for you. If you don't care if you get it or not, go for it. Before you ask the seller, let me just tell you the ASUS truck was delayed, so they are sending another, but you can cancel if you want. I went ahead and ordered another for fun (and 25 less). If I get 2 great, if I get 1 i'll be happy, and if I get 0, hopefully the next gen of GPUs will be out and the prices will be down on other deals.

It is not for intensive 3D game. I think you can run in low-med setting.

I'm currently viewing this thread from this laptop--which I ordered the last time it was posted.

I ordered it on July 1 and it arrived on July 11 in a sealed ASUS box with the correct model/stickers. The box contained a power brick (wrapped in plastic) and the laptop (as you see here). The stickers on the screen/palmrest are the stickers that came with it, and there were no other decals/plastic to remove.

I don't know if this means it's brand new or not, but it certainly appeared to be brand new. The only complaints I really have are that a) I paid $699 from the same seller, b) it says "Windows 10" in the description, but to be clear it's Windows 10 Home, not Pro--I discovered this when I was unable to edit group policy on the machine, and c) the fan can get loud for seemingly no reason.

Hope this helps.

I ordered this laptop on Tuesday and I'm curious how this is going to work out. I bought this despite being a firm believer in the idea "if it seems too good to be true, it is". Did it seem/behave brand new when you booted it up the first time? Was the battery installed or was it separate with it's own packaging? Any blemishes on the unit anywhere? Any documentation at all included (e.g. quick start guide, cd, warranty materials, etc)? How do you like it besides Win10Home and loud fan?

thanks for any input.
