The TJ603E is available again!

Buydig [buydig.com]has Sun Joe 16" 12-Amp Electric Tiller and Cultivator (TJ603E) on sale for $94.00 after using coupon "DIG5". Additionally you will get $10 Buydig gift card. Shipping is free.

Technically this is better than the previous front page deal for $88.52 since Amazon and Walmart both charges taxes and no gift card.

Buydig [buydig.com], if you are looking for a bit more power, also has Sun Joe 16" 13.5 AMP Electric Garden Tiller and Cultivator (TJ604E) on sale for $104.95 after using coupon "DIG5". Additionally you will also get $10 Buydig gift card. Shipping is free.

Previous front page was for $104.99 at Walmart and $99.99 on eBay with coupon. I would say this is also better than the previous front page since you are getting an additional Buydig $10 gift card.

Have fun working on your yard! Happy shopping slickdeals community!

Would one of these be powerful enough to tear up my weed infested backyard that's semi-rocky? That is the yard is mowed so there isn't a jungle to deal with.

Of course, only problem is it will be winter by the time you get finished with that tiny thing.

It is good enough, but expect a lot of vibrations and jumps if its a rocky yard. Mine was not, but still had a mild shoulder pain after continuouly operating it for 6 hours.

Tie a heavy object to it, it will help with the jumps/vibrations. i.e. 40 lbs weight plate

Yes I have used it for exactly the same purpose and it does a good job.

Yes, I purchased the 13.5 amp and I had some pieces of concrete left from when I poured my new driveway and knock all of them out easily. I am super impressed with this tiller! A must!

FWIW: I bought the previous front page deal for $88.52 and could not be happier with the purchase. This tiller is quite strong... just be sure to use a heavy gauge (≤ 12) extension cord.
