How easy to return if it is defective. Last time during sale, I got a 29" one with a dent. I contacted them and they replied 3 farking days later and refused to take it back. So annoying. Any experience with return and refund? I want to buy more for family but worries about dealing with those ppl

The 29" bag is over the 62" linear inch limit of most airlines.

do you think they would really notice that though? i'm thinking they are more concerned with the weight limits? this seem like a nice quality set and i'm thinking about pulling the trigger.

OMG, this is very close to my experience with them- huge scratch on large one, not from shipping. No timely or adequate responses, EBay ended up giving me a full refund and I got to keep the luggage so it wasn't horrible. But it went on for over a month and I had bought another set from Costco for my trips.

I didn't have any problems flying to Puerto Rico with this set. They're incredibly durable, zippers sliiide with ease, and the wheels glide through terminals. Love this set. Pull the trigger!

I ordered a set from Samsonite's ebay store that had a few scratches on it. It was a non-textured hardside set though, so the scratches were very visible. On top of that, my wife decided she didn't like them. Ended up filing for a return. Was quick and easy, they paid for return shipping and whatnot. Looking at other comments, ymmv

Are they made of polycarbonate? What are the differences compared to the Omni set?

If scratches on luggage that will be checked is an issue, don't travel.
