Update: If you got the eBay Bucks deal this morning, it makes this deal even sweeter!

Amazing deal for a laptop with these specs. Please rep if you don't mind. I've been a member for a decade but just started posting deals Smilie

I got this last month (Front page deal at a higher price and no eBay Bucks) and it's an amazing laptop for this price point. I know a ton of people will debate between getting this or the more expensive Dell XPS 13. The value I'm getting from this laptop for what I paid is truly remarkable. Battery life is surprisingly strong and 4K videos look/render beautifully. It's also great for light gaming or photo/video editing.

I got this laptop a few months ago and it's a very nice laptop though it's far from perfect. Even though refurb, no major issues encountered yet though I did notice a bit of a backlight bleed but it wasn't a big deal for me.

The things you need to watch out for this laptop are the thermal throttling when it gets warm, the GPU will start to throttle so it won't be much better than the Intel integrated graphics after some using it for a bit. There may be some programs to get around the throttling such as ThrottleStop but didn't look into it much.

The other thing is the 4K screen which is really nice and is an actual 4K screen and not the pseudo 4K screens found in the older models (RBGW) but the issue here is that because it's a 13.3" laptop, there isn't a whole lot of benefit though color display is great. Battery life, not so much.

Trackpad is kind of small but if you use a wireless mouse, then not really much of an issue. Keyboard on the other hand is awesome.

With all of that said, this laptop is still pretty nice and the price for the specs are amazing. Thin and light with powerful specs is what you will get from this laptop but don't expect great battery life with the 4K option.

I also just got this laptop with the previous deal that was posted a few weeks ago with the eBay coupon. So far it has been an amazing machine for my needs. A real balance between portability and features/power. Haven't encountered any issues some of the other posters have been noticing in previous threads. I moved from the HP Spectre x360 15 that I got this past Black Friday. Although it was a good laptop, it was too big and heavy to continue traveling with.

I got this last time around for $799 less $100 ebay coupon from Adorama. It's great after firmware updates. Can recommend.
