Yougov use to have visa gift cards as one of the option to cash out but now have replaced it with a bank transfer. Has anyone opted/used the Bank Transfer when redeeming your points?
I have never dealt with such an option from any survey company and wondering what info they would want and if it's safe to do.

Anyone have any thoughts about this?

NO! I haven't looked at the redemption items lately. My daughter and I usually wait until we have enough points and cash out for a $100 Visa card. I'll have to look to see if this is still available. She'll really be disappointed if it isn't. I'm not sure if I'd want to give out information to make a bank transfer. Are you going to do it?

Nope! not doing the bank transfer. Waiting for them to enabled the visa option for me in my account and cash out since I was given the choice from their reply to me.

Hello,

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with our recent addition for a cash out option. We added the option to help ensure our members receive their reward in an efficient and timely manner.

It couldn't be easier: you enter your bank account and routing numbers in a secure form on your account page, and we transfer the money into your bank account via our trusted partner Hyperwallet (they're a global payment provider).

I understand if you are hesitant to switch to the bank transfer option at this time. Because we are in the early stages of this reward, I can still enable the VISA option to your account. This will be a temporary option until we completely phase into using Hyperwallet.

Is this something you would be interested in doing? If so, please email me back and let me know. I would be happy to assist you redeem for a VISA reward instead.
