$44 Tekton 38 Piece Impact Socket Set on Amazon

Amazon has the Tekton 38 piece impact socket set on sale for $44. Free shipping even without prime since it's over the minimum dollar amount. This is a really nice and fairly complete set for most people for a great price. I use it all the time at home for auto and motorcycle work and have been very happy with it. I paid $58 for the same kit a year ago and this $44 price is the cheapest it has ever been.

Says only 13 left in stock for those considering it. Tekton makes great tools but I just don't see or have the need for 3/8. I'd rather put the money towards more 1/2 sockets.

Regardless, TU and rep'd OP. Thanks!

Yeah, good price but unless you work in a garage for a living 3/8 impact is overkill. I have their complete set of chrome sockets 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 and currently using the 1/2 with my impact wrench if I need to. Not ideal but tekton rocks and if I break one (hasn't happened yet) they will replace it if you send them a photo. Best customer service I've found anywhere though, fantastic company and quality tools for great prices! Haha not trying to sound like a shill, just nothing but good things to say.

How the hell do they think of skipping the 10mm 3/8 drive? If you own an import, that's about 50% of the fasteners! Oh, and the 15/16? Nope, not included either. How about charging $3 more and have a complete set?

Stick with 1/2" and pickup swivels and wobles with a stubby 1/2" impact gun

Bought this exact set from Home Depot last fall for literally same price after tax. I did extensive research on all the options in this price range and this set from this brand consistently got rave reviews. It's indeed a very nice set.

That is kind of odd. I literally just double checked the posting because I was thinking there's no way they would just skip the 10mm in 3/8; but yes they did. Weird.
Tekton is good quality though. Have a few of their tools in my arsenal. Would generally recommend
