$39.99 - $20 manufacturer's MIR = $19.99

For anybody who missed out on the two recent EVGA 500W frontpage deals ($20 and $9), this is a great second chance. This is the superior semi-modular BQ series for the same price (AR) as the first FP deal on the non-modular BR. This one has a 5-year warranty.

EVGA BQ 500W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

This is probably the only time you can get a PSU for $20 that won't blow up... if you can deal with the whole rebate thing.

Anyone got a link to regulated board with USB C PD sockets attached? BBQ series or not better safer choice for me than the RavPower toy https://slickdeals.net/f/11848819-ravpower-60w-5-port-usb-c-charging-station-usb-charger-w-power-delivery-port-20-free-shipping?src=featured-c-24007-32847

The corsair ones regularly go on sale for $20 as well. Some I think are lower wattage, but whatever they are (430w)? is still fine for even most system builders.

Has anyone done any internal inspection or load testing of this PSU?

Any use of cheap capacitors? What are the overload protections, max power draw, ripple suppression, etc?

Theres this new thing called google. I think youll have better luck getting those answers in a legit review than a deal forum. Just sayin. Smilie

This caught my eye since I actually needed a power supply, but wasn't too excited about the 80+ Bronze rating. Did some poking around and pretty quickly found the EVGA SuperNOVA 550 G3 (550W, 80+ Gold, full modular) for $40 after MIR at B&H Photo Video, deal ends July 26.
Thought I'd post this since others may have similar feelings.
