They don't officially, but looks like there are workarounds ...
Check Amazon QA, and here's what seller says: "We at Wavlink do not support Ubuntu, but functionality and support via the DisplayLink forum is available."

No 4k. Seems to me this has few advantages. Only 2 USB 3.1 ports so it is not as good as a four port USB hub.

I have this but it has a hootoo brand. Bought it 4 years ago but this is definitely the same unit (displaylink chip inside). Works well enough if the resolution limit works for you. I bought it for 85 and that was 4 years ago.

It give you Ethernet, 2 video outputs, 4 USB 2.0 pets and two USB 3.0 ports.... This isn't just a hub.

That's exactly right. Those docks are licensed by DisplayLink who provides the drivers, regardless of the manufacturer. If DisplayLink site shows Linux drivers then it's supported. The site shows Ubuntu and Android. Even if the device comes with drivers I would go to DisplayLink and ignore whatever comes with the dock. Sort of like most drivers for PC devices, particularly video cards.

I have one, but rebranded, they are great for some peripherals but not all. The back of mine looks exactly the same. But they, like mine is not quick-charge 3.0. It's takes too long for Ipads, phone etc. A phone takes forever to charge.
But it's great for usb hard drives, flash stick, because they don't need the power. They are great for laptops also, but type-c is the way to go if you need to charge (100w is a lot of power via Type-C).

It's a deal if you NEED all these ports. If you just need video out you can get displaylink boxes on eBay for 25-30 routinely. If you want all the bells and whistles on this then I'd say this is a good but not great deal.
