It says frame rate up to 30fps.

Frame rate Depends on what exactly?

Anybody have the technical specs?

OP: Please fix the title as the Amazon product page lists it as "Outdoor/Indoor Video Surveillance"

If you don't need the SD card slot the 410 is $59.99:

Maximum 30fps. You can usually adjust frame rate depending on bitrate/bandwidth usage.

Promo code also works for the 5MP model [amazon.com], which is $5 cheaper than the 4MP for some reason

is there a version without the SD card that makes it cheaper too?

btw many reviews for both the 4mp and 5mp talk about dropouts

the last thing you want to worry about with a camera setup is drop outs...maybe thats why they are going so cheap

I have owned these for about a year now and have never had an issue.

I think frame rate is based on the quality settings on the camera. It is 4K at 30 FPS on the high quality setting

I think it's been this price on and off for the past year or so, so not FP but still a good price

On paper this camera seems to fit the bill for many.
PoE
local storage without the need for an NVR
5mp resolution
App interface

The downside is questionable reliability.
