I mean, as an adult this is kind of cool but if I got this as a kid I'd have a hard time being super excited about a bank. Way better than nothing, still fun, but there are better options than a bank. What's next, lego laundromat?

There's actually a laundrymat in THIS set.

Lego does a good job with the detail, which makes it interesting for the kids as a play-set. We got the Detective's Office and my 5 year old daughter absolutely loves it -- works on building it and plays with it just about every day. Granted, it does seem a bit more playful than a Bank.

These Legos are like Apple of toys for kids. They are making tons of $.
Are they listed in US? NVM, they are privately owned with excess of 1.1B USD
income (net) as of 2016.

Are you kidding? Add a couple Lego Batman sets to this and you can have Batman foiling the Joker's bank robbery.

Lego is actually relatively struggling as of late, they recently announced they made too many sets for the current demand.

This is an awesome deal and a wonderful playset for teaching financial responsibility before seguing into the advanced topics such as the 2008 financial crisis subprime bubble, securization, predatory lending practices, and Community Reinvestment Act.

You know, fun stufff.

Now you're thinking, I guess the imagination really does go as you get older like they say.
