These should under $150 already. No demand, and new cards will be announced next month. Retailers/manufacturers are still trying to milk gamers cuz of the old inflated prices. Don't do it. Just wait one month. Rumors have the new 11 series 35% faster, and a MSRP of $500. Will wreck current GPU's, and their inflated prices.

Uh huh.... That's why when decent deals on them pop up on here, they're sold out almost instantly still.

I'm pretty limited on the size of the cards I can use on my PC so I jumped on this semi deal, got a little tired of waiting for these cards(new) prices to get any lower.

Ha ha ha another shill? They don't get sold out. Companies like EVGA still has plenty of stock, and keeps pushing these shitty combo fake deals to try screw over gamers.

They may sell some from SD cuz shills vote up these fake deals, but it mostly due ignorance and stupidity. What's your excuse? Shill, stupidity, or ignorant?

BTW the new cards are officially being announced in 3 or 4 weeks. Word is 35% performance increase and MSRP of $500. Even if it's slightly less of a boost, and slightly more expensive, it's still worth the wait for the price drops. Why would anyone pay anywhere near that amount for a 1080ti? Prices are going to drop so fast when everyone hears what's what.

Don't mind Showtime. He spams every GPU thread with the same crap because he has aspergers or something. This one isn't a very good deal though.

Believe a better way of phrasing this is "has fewer" cuda cores.

There is really no reason to drop prices drastically yet. They sell till they hit a dip and drop prices a little more.

But we are in an accelerating drop right now. The gig (no pun intended) is up and as people become more educated to just wait. Manufacturers will have no other option then to go "fire sale" on them to compete with what will surely be a glut put on eBay as people race for 11-series.

The other side to this is with the price point so high on the powerful cards, it is being counter productive on promoting/selling the G-Sync monitors.

The card to watch right now is the 1060 GTX 3g cards. They have fallen out of favor from miners due to the memory. Etherem in particular. When those start flooring out, the rest will fall.

The price on this is $270. So for 35% increase, it's worth paying over double the cost? And you won't be able to find MSRP ones for months, anyway. Also, they have been claiming they'd be announcing something for months and it hasn't happened.

I'm waiting for a 2 fan for as close to $200 as possible because I have to sell my unopened rx 580, so it's a big hassle and I got that one for $225 (including all tax and fees), but will lose most of that deal due to stupid ebay fees.

No one's buying the scam these days - he said wait for the drop. This card should be half that price and when the new ones come out they will be.
