Ain't working on amazon. Shows $1.99 then when you try to purchase it says download sample. Not sure if just me or deal done.

This is an outstanding book, especially if you're into science. Explains the physics and chemistry behind food and cooking.

He's married to a Stanford Biology professor, and I met him once. Really nice guy.
