Nothing in stock near me and the one thing that was was only like 30% off. Nice for those who can get some of this, though!

For what it's worth, this is a huge YMMV as listed because OD's policy says 1 cent items are for donation only and not for sale as LP reviews 1 cent transactions. So, you could be refused the items.

That said, good luck to those who get in on it! Repped.

Huge YMMV is right, everything I checked is 10% or less in stock according to BS, you almost have better odds of winning the lottery than finding any of these!

kinda glad OD would donate their unsold product, always curious since most of their stuff they sell in store are like overprice and anicent

How are these B&M stores still in business? The last time I was there to use expiring reward points, I saw one other shopper in the store, and there were five employees working. Same with Sears. Like a ghost town.

OD clearance is more random than Walmart, which is saying something. I think OD clearance is literally the junk that fell behind shelves for 6 years that they periodically discover and slap a clearance tag on.

OD and Staples are usually on the lists of the next B&M's most likely to go out of business. Other than Back To School and some holiday shopping, they've been empty for years. They survive on corporate business, as well as lazy or last-minute retail purchases of a few key items that Walmart may not have and you can't wait for Amazon to deliver, with the hope that you'll buy other horrifically overpriced office supplies while you're there.

Things have changed this year. Staples changed hands late 2017 (private equity zombie buyout), if memory serves they either outright stated or hinted that they had little to no interest in the retail end of the business. It took the new guys about 3 months to crush pretty much every avenue left to extract a good deal out of them and run off their devil customers. OD suspiciously killed their rebates at almost the same time as Staples. Not sure how the ink recycling programs are still in existence.

One day people will reminisce about being able to walk into a store and buy the obscure $50 ink cartridge to go into their $60 printer instead of having to wait 2 days to get it delivered for $46.

Just went to my local OD and found one of the items above. At checkout, the item scanned $0.01 and the manager was called. As mentioned above, the manager told me these items should not be on the floor and are meant for donation. The manager refused to sell the item to me. She said if i wanted it, i can buy it for its original price but not $0.01. I appreciate the OP's effort but guys, dont even bother.

Surprised Slickgosh isn't here to whine and claim that you stole this from his Instagram.

I've had better luck with WM's clearance than Target's, that's for damn sure.

I quit this site 2 weeks ago, but since you addressed me ill respond this one time to defend my good name.

I left this site because I noticed people (such as clearancehunter) were copying my posts on instagram without giving me any credit. For the past 2 weeks I haven't posted any deals, on instagram or anywhere. I find it interesting that over the past 2 weeks clearancehunter hasnt posted any lowes deals. If you look at his post history he never posted lowes deals on this site, then a month ago all of a sudden he started posting a lot of lowes deals, but over the past 2 weeks he hasnt posted any. You tell me what that means. I now only post deals on a private forum, and I will tell you I am a lot happier. No more people copying my deals and not giving me any credit. Most of the good lowes deals on this site I originally posted on instagram.

As far as Office Depot...

1) They do not sell penny items. If a cashier scans a penny item the computer will not allow the sale. Even a manager cant override that. I have tried many times and each time I have been denied. I have not heard of one person who has been able to buy a penny item at OD.

2) Once a month OD marks down items to a penny that are to be salvaged. The same day of the markdown each OD store gets a list of the penny items. Each store is supposed to take the penny items off the shelf. If OD's computer shows any penny items in stock, it's likely an inventory error.

3) Brickseek will never show if an item is a penny. It's not because of any glitch, brickseek doesnt want to piss off office depot so they never show if an item is a penny. It will show the correct quantity, however.

4) Last week OD marked down several items down to a penny, such as those duracell batteries. I only see 1 item that was marked down last week to a penny on the OP's list, so the list is outdated.

Even though i know several items that are a penny I dont even bother to look. Most items are going to be inventory errors, and even if I find something it will not be sold to me. These are a waste of time.

But dont listen to me. I know nothing. You guys are a lot smarter than me. Listen to your boy clearancehunter who I'm sure has bought many of these items for a penny himself, right? He never copies deals from other sites, so im sure he found these himself at a store and was able to buy all this stuff himself for a penny. Congrats Applause.

I wont reply so dont bother messaging me.
