I have one of these. Definitely not a piece of junk, I've been using it for like 6 years now... never changed the blades, shave half my body with it, and it holds a charge forever.

Previously, I spent 200 bucks on a Norelco Smart-Touch, and it would NEVER cut all of the hair on my face even after 20 minutes of going OVER and OVER, especially if I skipped a day. This Remington though? I can go a week without shaving my face and this will get the job done in about 3 minutes, and by the way after one week I've basically got a beard. 100 percent approve this product.

Anyone see what RPM rating this has? I've found that at least 11-13K is essential for thick/coarse beards.

77% of the reviews are 4 or 5 stars. People tend to only write reviews when they're not satisfied. Judging by overall reviews, well worth 20$. Go take a look at reviews for other shavers around the same price.

Bought it last week and have shaved twice with it. Usually shaving gives me bumps and/or redness but minimal so far. Good deal at least for a back up shaver.

Also, I've read and heard on several podcasts that the competition pays others to give bad reviews on competitive products!
