Staples has this portable scanner the cheapest I can find it anywhere via the following link. Oddly, using Google returns a price twice as expensive.

Epson DS-30 [staples.com]

Beats the FP deal a month ago by $5 but without free shipping
I like to keep this on my desk for scanning receipts and invoices. Super handy.

Not deal crapping...but is it not better to use Microsoft lens or similar for scanning receipts?

Yes. I think so. Probably faster and easier with you cell phone and software.

It's an app. Search in your play or app store " Microsoft lens".
Office Lens is a pocket scanner for docs and whiteboard images.

Better to just use your phone to snap a scan

google photo does a good job of this, they have you have 4 pictures of the photo, one of each corner, and it stitches them together into a better resolution photo.

So, if you got an android smart phone with an ok camera, you're set.
