Yes, you read that correctly. An RGB Power CableLMAO
You didn't know you needed this until today. You will feel absolutely silly spending $40 to make your cables light up-- and yet you will buy. I know I did.
$10 off introductory sale.

Just FYI the cable doesn't glow. There is an extra rgb strip array clamped on to the extension. It actually looks pretty shitty when lights are off in day time :x

Yeah I was worried about how it would look off. I guess I'll find out. Returns w/ Newegg are pretty easy.

As far as my experience with Newegg return policy that you only get full refund if products are still in seal, unopened.

That's true. I've never had to return an open item to them so I had forgotten about this. Guess I'm taking a gamble.

To the new PC builders, remember, $40 can better go towards a better CPU/GPU/ram. RGB can give only about <2% boost in fps.

I'm a mathematician and can vouch for the <2%

Heh, I own this thing. It's actually the coolest looking RGB thingy in my case and I have a lot of RGB. Two 200mm fans, nine 120mm fans, the cpu pump, two sticks of RAM, the video card, two LED strips under the case, and the Motherboard. If you don't have RGB, don't start, it's an expensive and useless path. You're better off buying a solid panel that takes the place of the windowed panels (which I was trying to do but Thermaltake didn't have any in stock for my Core X9).

I wouldn't mind it as long as there was some sort of open standard everyone adopted so you could shut it all off at once.

I got some RGB ram just because it was the same price as non-RGB and spent half a day trying to make it stop flashing rainbow colors. Then I remembered lights attract insects...

If it's all wired to the mobo headers, you should be able to control/sync everything together. I just hate how some manufacturers use different pin setups so that only their fans work together.
