''Grocery outlet'' is a grocery chain. Local meaning the one in my neighborhood. Like saying my local Safeway. Makes sense?

Gotcha, never heard of Grocery Outlet, assumed you meant something like a costco or sam's club

The tortilla chips are much better imo. But the regular ones are 30% while the tortilla is 25%.

These stores are definitely worth checking out.
You'll find most of the stuff almost always priced lower than other stores.
But beware, almost always check the expiry date. Their business concept is to buy off excess inventory from manufacturers.
They price them low to very low based on expiry dates and condition, I suppose. Many times the prices are insanely low for things that are close to or are already expired.
Not sure how they're allowed to be selling expired stuff. But either way, just a heads up to be aware of what you're buying.
