Noticed this great price on the Oontz Angle 3 when doing a search for bluetooth speakers this morning. Appears to have been updated from the previous range of 33' to 100' as well.

How are there so many idiots around that want a single speaker to rock an entire house party for $20? Where did they dream up they exist in real life? Mind boggling.

For the rest of you guys firmly planted in reality - This speaker is pretty awesome. Is as clear as you could hope for.

Thats nice you got a really good speaker or maybe even pair for a truly great price, but since we cant go back in to 2-3 years... here a list of why your reply is asinine at the least and stupid at the most:
1) The Oontz is 5in wide. The Clarity's main woofer is 6.5 inches alone. Like really, you are comparing a complete speaker thats smaller than just the woofer of another in sound quality? What??
2) The Clarity is meant for home use and are not water resistant... they have no design limitations when it comes to that. The Oontz is designed to get splashed on - that requires rubberized coatings. An entirely different thought and design process. No amount of engineering is going to make that superior against anything that doesn't require it.
3) The Clarity was like $700-$800 when it came out and even if you bought it for $90 thats over 4 x the price of this - not much of a genius when it comes to math, huh? Thats okay, just know comparing a Camry to a Tesla is just as perfectly valid.

You can reply, but I wouldn't bother - You already buried yourself in your own ignorance.

There are probably way too many folks that don't realize Oontz is a brand by Cambridge SoundWorks, Which have been around for 3 decades... On top of the fact they are owned by Creative... You know, the same Creative that was in every high-end PCs audio with Sound Blaster.

These companies know a thing or two about solid consumer audio based on decades of real world use... but I guess people see Oontz and think they are some 2-bit clone from Ali or Ebay. #sad.

FWIW also noticed that the Oontz Angle 3 Plus, which is the upgrade to this speaker is on sale for $28. I don't own either device but it says the Plus is 1" larger, offers better sound quality and battery life for $8 more. Think That may be the one I pull the trigger on for a day at the beach.

Had the ultra. Repacked and sent back after 30 minutes. I'm not an audiophile in any way but I guess I expect too much..I thought it sounded like garbage. I have a cheapy monster clarity from the deal a few years ago that sounds better.

You won't find a Bluetooth speaker in this price range that sounds like traditional speakers. Personally, I will only look at Bluetooth speakers 20 watts and above. This one is 10 watts. Probably a good deal for $20, though, depending on your needs.

I am not sure if I have the 2 or 3, but it's a great speaker. $20 is a great price for the quality. If I was in the market for another Bluetooth speaker, I would jump on this.

I've had this speaker for a while. It's an awesome little portable speaker, especially for $20. If you're expecting this to be a $200 Klipsch, look elsewhere

Have one of these, decent speaker for $20. If you're able to spend a little more, I'd go with a JBL Flip or something similar to that instead.

I have this and it bumps. I love loud music so it could be louder but the sound quality is great.

Anyone know if you can have multiple and connect them together?

I have this and it's a great speaker with very good sound. We use it on the deck, at the beach, park, etc. We've left it out in the rain by accident and also had it buried in sand before and it just keeps going. For $20, I think it's an amazing deal.

edit: just looked at my purchase history and I've owned this for 2 years.

I've had the old version of the oontz angle in my bathroom as my shower speaker for 5 years now. Always damp and never had a problem. Good products.

I bought Insignia portable speaker in $10 (Output - 3W) (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insi...d=6179624) few days ago. This one says 10W. Has anyone used both? If someone has - should I return my Insignia one and go for this deal? Thank you
